| Training The training of employees who provide direct care to individuals that participate in Community Mental Health Service Programs is required by law. However, each Community Mental Health has the authority and responsibility to select and use an approved curriculum that best meets the needs of the individuals they serve.This means required trainings, and how often these trainings are updated may vary by county.
