How do I set up direct deposit?
You will need to submit a
Direct Deposit Application to our office with a voided check or a letter from your bank. The letter must provide your routing and account number.
Your direct deposit will not be initiated unless you submit both documents.
REMEMBER: Any changes to your banking information, including initial set-up, will not be effective immediately. It may take 2-3 payroll cycles to start, change or cancel.
Unfortunately, we cannot set up direct deposit for employees that only provide respite services.
