Stuart T. Wilson, CPA, PC is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals we serve.  We do not allow the names of individuals receiving services through Stuart T Wilson, CPA, PC to be recorded on the SD Works application.  As a user of SD Works we expect any reference to your employer be limited to initials only.  This is to protect your employer’s privacy rights. 

 

All user data collected by the SD Works application is for the use of Stuart T. Wilson, CPA, PC and the contract holders we provide services to.  We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties.  We will not release user data without legal authority to do so. 

We will collect demographic data, contact information, and location data during your interaction with the SD Works application.  SD Works requires access to location services on your mobile device.  This GPS data is used only during the shift.  Once a shift has ended via the mobile device; location services are not accessed by the SD Works application.

 

As part of the SD Works platform, we reserve the right to contact you via phone, email address, or the mailing address provided.  We will not solicit or offer any materials for sale by means of this communication.

In order to protect your data, we have employed adequate technologies, safeguards, and procedures to secure the information we collect through the SD Works application both electronically and physically.

Terms and Conditions

 

SD Works is the sole property of Stuart T. Wilson, CPA, PC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.  Users are not granted permission to distribute any materials associated with SD Works. 

Sharing account information or login credentials is expressly prohibited and will result in termination of SD Works access.  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any access to any user without notification.  Any use of “bots” or data-mining programs are prohibited. 

 

The user is responsible for updating demographic information as it changes.  Stuart T. Wilson, CPA, PC is not responsible for any materials delivered to an incorrect address, should that information be inaccurate.

Any signatures or initials collected via the SD Works application are considered Electronic Signatures.  These attest that the individual receiving services has verified the collected data.  Any forgery of electronic signatures will constitute fraud and be pursued as such.

 

SD Works and StuartWilsonfi.com are created and controlled by Stuart T. Wilson, CPA, PC located in the state of Michigan, USA.  The State of Michigan laws and jurisdiction shall be applicable.
